Some people claim that there should be a 500 round break in period. I'm not going to tell you one way or the other on that issue. What I can tell you is to field strip and clean the gun before heading to the range. Be sure to lube everything good, and shoot as many rounds as you are comfortable shooting in a day.:rock:
