It's worth it. I did the one that flew up from Fairbanks to a city passed arctic circle, then drove back in a big shuttle bus to Fairbanks. There's also dog sled tour. I didn't do it, but I got to visit the owner's place where there was about 50 friendly malamute dogs in his property. There's also international ice sculpture competition.
