Knowhere is the most time sensitive team to build since they will be the best option for the Black Cat trials which are coming very soon. Big Time Spidey and the Infestation team seem pretty good to me but they are primarily a war defense team and probably aren't a go-to team anywhere else so I'd skip them unless you have extra resources.
