Dares of eternity is very bugged right now. I haven't had any experience with the cabal or vex ending fights in dares, but the hive one will not ever end. Go into Dares and get those bounties done on each character. (DO NOT immediately Click and "turn in" the bounty as soon as it's done) Once those Weekly bounties are complete, then click and "turn in" each one (switching characters as you go, and picking up your next bounty on each).
