Hello,I have been using Arcane build PVE-only utilizing Eleonoras poleblade (+9), Dragon communition seal (+7), very rarely Sacred spear (+5 now), and some dragon incantations (rotten breath, frozen, fire etc) and then blood incantations (swarm flies, bloodboon) and flame grant me strength. I am mostly using eleonora poleblades mixed with incantations so I am playing more like a hybrid build.

Uhm Eleonora's Poleblade it's fantastic with an amazing (unique) ash of war, but if you want versatility then the Godskin Peeler. eleonora’s poleblade sucks. uchigatana and nagikaba are better bleed builds (with blood affinity and sepukku). godskin peeler is very situational, for example i only ever use it for the second phase of fire giant. This combo is pretty good for bleed builds (naturally). Infused the Godskin peeler with occult affinity. Eleonora (~85 bleed) Godskin (~130 bleed) That’s roughly 200+ bleed at a very fast hit rate. You don't even need both. Just spam L2 with the poleblade and it's easy procs constantly. That said, using seppuku on the peeler is also ...
