FYI you can still get ikelos red border weapons. In case you didn't know like me, the new ikelos weapons from last season are world drops, and can drop as red borders. It used to drop from the Prophecy dungeon but got moved to the world pool this season. I think your best bet is to farm gunsmith rank packages, but it's not a good grind.
