Turn the key all the way off, tap twice on the gas (electronic throttle, I know, doesn’t make sense) start the car and it starts fine. If I don’t tap the gas it starts rough then levels out. Both batteries are new and there is no check engine light. I do read 12v at all fuses and battery connections.
