Cyber Engine Tweaks plugin makes the game stutter. Question. I was wondering if anyone else had that issue after installing CET, the game runs perfectly smooth without it but as soon as its installed the movements becomes stuttery, its not unplayable but its pretty annoying, its like the game skips a couple frames a couple times per seconds. 1.
Cyber Engine UI is not visible at all on screen. I assume its waiting for me to set up the key binding. If i manually set the hotkey thru the config file, i can play the game just fine.
