There is a rattle in there driving me nuts and I can probably do the work myself but don't want to break anything.

Remove door panel. First if you have an extended cab you need to unscrew your window latch the the upper half of the door has clips that snap into place pry until it comes off. remove screws if there are some on the bottom half. I think 2-4. Then slide the panel up. Don't pry I almost broke mine.
