In PvP, not PvE, how do people not read the title. Estoc has low AR and almost no moveset, punishing rolls doesn't matter. procs bleed fast. If 10 hits is "fast". Anyway OP, the correct answer is "longsword." Better AR, better moveset. Estoc and Lothric are simply inferior.

The only way to boost it's damage is with refinement. Chaos does, which is also Fire damage, but you need both Int and Fth for the weapon to scale well. The Washing Pole leaves much to be desired (C/C at +10) as Chaos, but the Estoc (+10) gets B/B, so it's not terrible. Lightning scales off Fth, and both weapons gain A (at +10) scaling.
