I would recommend un-installing your sub, remove the negative battery cable for a few minutes, ensuring everything else is properly connected (if it had been previously disconnected), reconnecting the negative battery cable, allowing car to idle for about 10 minutes with no power draws on (radio, A/C, lights, etc.), and going from there.

Probably 3rd or 4th gear pressure switch. The flashiing D resets itself when you shut the vehicle off. A code will have been stored though.
