I'm unsure if it was colour or b&w but it was one of those older cartoons they showed on Saturday morning TV in the UK in the 80's. All I really remember was there was a Mr Bee and a Mrs Bee and an evil spider who caught Mrs Bee in his web. It wasn't very long and possibly just a segment in a cartoon show.

I found out that 5 out of the 38 episodes got dubbed. I found out which company released the dubs. The company was called Excaliber Films and they released the Cream Lemon dubs under their Brothers Grime X-Rated Cartoons series. In this series they released random OVAs in 3 volumes. I am almost certain this animated cartoon was a "short" meaning it ran for probably 5 minutes, which back in the early 2000s was a standard thing for cartoon channels such as Jetix where they would just air some random short inbetween bigger shows.
