That would be as simple as =countifs, HOWEVER, I'm stuck in that that there can be more than one name in the cell of a specific row, and in this case the formula doesn't recognize any individual name in that "group" …
Best Answer. You can update the Contact options in the dropdown list by using Update Column and setting the contactOptions in the column object. Setting this will wipe out the current values, so if you are looking to add new Contacts then you will want to provide a whole new list, including the new values.
