Yes, my PSLF tracker disappeared at the 100/101 count (depending on the loan) and my loans zeroed out before I could see any update. My info on studentaid.gov still shows 1/20/2023 which was my loan transfer date to Mohela - not my loan forgiveness effective/discharge date. Got switched over to FedLoan in January. In March, everything started to happen: PSLF employment approved, certified employment counts, and 3 rounds of qualifying payment updates. On my latest one, all 6 of my loans have over 120 qualifying payments (143 on 4 loans, 124 on the other 2). But, I'm still showing a balance.
