Kia optima lug nut torque.
I think Kia's spec on this is too low. To me, 100 ft.lbs is correct, and it's what I've been using on my vehicles for maybe 15 years now. Certainly, I think 135 ft.lbs is a bit over-torqued, but I wouldn't say that's dangerously high. Lug nuts/bolts are very strong, and there's a large safety factor that is built into all of this.
