Joined Jul 16, 2020. 11 Posts. #25 · Jun 27, 2023. I have had the same issue with my 2021 Ody EXL. In February I purchased it certified preowned with 28,000 miles and no known battery replacement. Thank goodness I found this forum as the 5300RPM for 10 seconds tip worked for me! Adding my own experience here in case it helps someone else out.

Seems like it comes on once a month then nothing. Screen has been blank for months, no sign of life what so ever. so far I have checked all fuses and there fine.

Second time I made a big stink over it. The part was on national backorder. Few weeks later, I received the official recall letter in the mail.

A little more specifically (at least on my '99 EX), pressing the unlock button will unlock only the driver's door. Pressing it a second time will unlock all other doors as well. I used it because I found it took the van too long to auto dim the high beams, and I was blinding other drivers.
