I had a similar issue with my Gigablast Panoramic modem. Worked great for 4 months, then suddenly half speed. Tech visits confirmed my service tested correctly at the modem tap and at the house tap. Replaced modem, and fine, until the next day then half speed again. Replaced it again, and fine for an hour until we rebooted it and then half speed.
