Even presets that look like CBBE would be fine, just anything that even remotely looks like a normal human body would be fantastic. Another thing that would be a great alternative to the above is just some way to have the CBBE sliders in addition to the BHUNP ones. If anyone could tell me how to do that, I would be very very grateful to you.

For Bodyslide, you need to give it a set of sliders to work with. It comes with several subfolders like "01 CBBE" " 02 UUNP" etc. These have the various body shape reference data in them, that have the presets in them. You need to copy the 'Bodyslide" directory with all it's subfolders (Shapedata, Slidergroups etc" over into you main ...
I managed to get the thing to apply my cbbe to all the items in game. Problem is, I have a follower who has a custom preset all her own. The mod author put up a download for the presets for all the custom followers he's made, but I can't select them within the body slider program. Reinstall CBBE using MO2 installer which will walk your through the install. Note MO2 can do any install NMM can do. I believe it uses some of their code or something so all the mods with crazy options can be installed just as easily with MO2.
