jimboa607. It did not previously and Active Armor is marketed and has a feature for reverse number lookup. When I enter a number on the reverse number lookup on Active Armor, all I get is the city and state. Same with many different numbers. I am using a new Motorola Moto phone.

When you are on a regular WiFi connection with the VPN not enabled and turn hotspot on, your WiFi internet connection is dropped and your phone switches to cellular for internet. The WiFi is then used to allow other devices to connect to the hotspot. It sounds like the VPN connection is preventing the phone from making that switch.
