As Ed points out, the model 60 is essentially a stainless version of the Chiefs Special. It was the first stainlss steel production revolver made and was introduced in 1965. The "no dash" models were made from 1965 to 1972. R prefix serial numbered guns began in 1969. The 60-1 marked guns started in 1972.

It can't be a no dash model 29 and have a 3 letter prefix serial number. It also impossible to determine value without knowing the condition.
