I got sinusitis at 30% for Gulf War presumptive just prior to PACT act being signed. I got OSA secondary, but at 0% because the rater didn’t read my sleep study correctly. I’m doing HLR on the rating because it should have been 30% - which would have put me over 100%.

If you don’t have in-service records for this, I recommend you file as a PACT Act presumptive instead of Gulf War presumptive. It’s my understanding PACT Act doesn’t have that 10% minimum requirement.
