The hay will fill the front of the baler interfering with the net insertion. There is a 1 inch shaft (more likely 25mm) running through the feeder stuffer. The shaft must have worked loose, and became out of round. The hole in the counterweight on the right side, and the arm on the left side, are attached to that shaft, and were also worn egg shaped.
