I used the questions in the back, but even that was sorta a waste of time. If you know how to analyze then your time is better spent with actual AAMC questions. Typical textbooks have more context so I can peg the info, but its all barebones stuff and not as much context.

The 100 page document will mainly cover everything but if you have the time, definitely look through the 300 page doc. P/S is now changing and is not simply all about knowing and lightly applying terms, so also focus on FLs 3-4 and the section bank when you get to them.
