For Rhino, I'd do Casting Speed, enough Emerald Shards to full strip with corrosive (if you're doing a lot of Steel Path and don't have another strip method), some Violet shards to buff your damage (if one of them lines up with your preferred damage dealing strategy), and maybe Max Energy or Energy Orb Effectiveness if you are struggling with energy economy.
