Alright so a few months back I kept getting a P0045 code. P0045 T/S Charger Boost Ctrl Solenoid Circ/Open. This is my first diesel and turbo charged vehicle and was still learning how it all worked. Many of the other threads spoke of such issue but all listed that it was one of the following issues: Vane Positon Sensor.The P0090 code stands for “Fuel Pressure Regulator Control Circuit/Open,” which means the powertrain control module is unable to control the fuel pressure regulator or the actual fuel pressure doesn’t match the desired fuel pressure.Oh, my!! If you're getting a p0090 code, that's for the control circuit for the fuel pressure regulator. Got a tech 2 and hooked up followed GM DTC flowchart as follows: Step 1 Perform DTC check ANSWER YES go to step 2. Step 2 Key on eng off is FPR commanded % above 20% AWNSER NO go to step 20.
