Remove the screw located in the media hub bezel (3) opening. Open the bin (2), and using a trim stick remove the media hub bezel. If equipped, remove the DVD player (Refer to 08 - Electrical/8A - Audio and Video/PLAYER, DVD/Removal and Installation) (Refer To List 1). Remove the six screws (2) and drop the bin (1) down to remove.The stock radio head unit with that has the cd/dvd player in it. For the stock radio head unit the radio-code is necessary. You will get this Code Rom a dealer. He Need the Serial number from the radio. A reset is not necessary, ist plag & play. After the first start of the ne head unit the radio-code is needed.After only a year and a half, my overhead DVD player suddenly stopped working. I'm not entirely sure how the 2020 system works, but 2008-2019 dodge and Chrysler vehicles equipped with the overhead dvd system use an infrared signal to turn on the headphones and receive audio. When the screen is on, the headphones will turn on also (If headphones mode is on also).
