I want to thank everyone for thier advice I finally found the problem. I replaced the voltage rectifier and it solved the problem. Starts and runs fine. 110.00 later .total replaced carb. Coil. Plug. Cdi. Drained fuel tank and cleaned and replaced strainer. All for 110.00 and the voltage rectifier. Complete and running well.My 2020 Honda Foreman TRX 520fe2 will not start after 2-4 hours on a trip. If I leave it for a couple of hours it will then start. Dealer said " Checked air filter, valves, fuel pressure" . They tried running it for an hour and a half and it still started fine. The dealer couldn't find anything wrong. All was good for maybe 2 hrs of on and off riding. Suddenly, today, major gas puddle underneath the bike starting. Same overflow tube.
