@PJsBuys @lu81fitter Sounds like a similar issue to what I have been complaining about for a while. If either of you have followed my posts, I have noted that this new CSERN (or CLMRN or whatever it is called) network is weird. The version of the database that is from RR does not work on either my SDS100 or my BCD325P2 from home, even though both of those scanners are able to receive p25 systems.

When I drove through CT wih a 536HP in my truck there were often dead spots. No dead spots with the SDS200.However, excessive use of the CLMRN can impact capacity on the network for other users.
