Good day! I took my NCLEX RN exam yesterday 8am, Nov. 16, 2021. Stopped at 145 questions. 49 SATAS, no computations. One student with me stopped at 145 questions did the PVT and had a good pop up. I was hesitant to do it but ended up doing. I got a bad pop up unfortunately 😭. Despite scoring between 68-80% on UWorld questions and having a solid 71% average on the readiness assessment, I still encountered 145 questions during the exam. Initially, I felt like I failed, especially as the questions seemed to become easier towards the end.

In short, answering all 145 questions on the NCLEX does not mean you failed the exam. It also doesn’t mean you necessarily passed either. I took the NCLEX for the first time in September 2020. I spent the whole morning going through my mark klimek notes. I was so nervous going in. I got all 130 questions.
