I tried right after I finished the exam and got back to the car when I saw the email and got the good pop up. I received the confirmation of completion of my exam like 30 minutes after I finished. Haven't taken the exam yet. However, several people have said that holds can occur if you finish your test quickly. 60 questions in 40 minutes is pretty fast. That's less than a minute per question.
