Regil is a no joke a cool and potentially amazing melee DPS build (although it's debatable if it's 2h or twf). I had no idea about gnome hooked hammer, or a possibility of a fighter to fully DEX up any weapon. It's both. It lacks str 2h bonus and in exchange it uses 1 weapon to apply bonuses to both hands.For Strength builds its sometimes beneficial to two-hand the weapon for more damage.
