There you will have to wait for the morning and go to the southern part of the map. Dawn Fragment can be picked up near the river and you just need to walk along its coast to find it.

Sunlit Plateau Bug. Two quest now where I have to find a gem/crystal in the sunlit plateau and it isn't there. Once in the "Sun Stone Fragments". The morning crystal is not there. Again with "A Deal with Ursula". The 4th dark crystal is no where to be found.
