Newbie. 07-25-2016 12:20 PM. I had a payment arrangement set up for the end of the week when I get paid, and suddenly today my service is suspended in spite of a payment arrangement on the account! I have been a loyal and long time Verizon subscriber, and I was under the understanding that a payment arrangement would keep my account active.
