Answering my own question here as looking at what boss you need to unlock Automations, it would probably take a couple lifetimes to complete that challenge without them. #1. Well, looking at the challenges overall, I'm just wondering why they have almost no real rewards. I finished the 100 Level Challenges, No Rebirth Challenges, the 2nd 24h Challenge, and 3 of the Blind Challenges.
