An ACE exam is an Acceptable Clinic Evidence exam, sometimes called a records review. If you already had all your C&P exams it's probable that the VA had some issue with one or more of them and sent them back for further development / clarification. I've personally seen it happen when the examiner didn't clearly opine on service connection. I had An LHI exam literally returned to the VA in 48hours and I went to PFD. Others have had to call and ask for status. I just did an exam with QTC and they told me to expect 20 days minimum but I’ve seen on this sub much quicker and much longer! hope yours is quick like my LHI. Hi, everyone. I actually just had my C&P exam at LHI in Bowie. The one doc said she was going to recommend an increase for a 100% for PTSD. I am sweating bullets thinking that the VA will not take her recommendation. The doc was super awesome. Probably the best experience I have had dealing with VA issues. true.

I had an exam by VES and LHI on back to back days and LHI had the results to the VA within a week. I have called 2 weeks now and the status is still the same.
