My oculus is glitching.

Quest 2 Link Glitching. I've been using Oculus Link just fine for the past few months until today. Everything works fine until I turn link on. Everything starts lagging and glitching and when I try to open a game/Steam VR it gets even worse. Yea I have noticed that you can not see the lights in pass thru, which is strange because obviously the cameras can see them fine.
