It also gives you the versatility to access most spells and miracles, which makes it the best pure caster option. 30/30 and 45/45 are the most frequent stopping points for fth/int levelling.In DS3 you have 2 choices, level physical early game and respec later to pyromancy when you get the Giants Coal/Chaos Gem, or make your weapon raw and only level your pyromancy. Using the poison mist spell is effective as the arena is large and you get spacing to dwindle down his health. You just have to level up your Pyromancy flame a decent amount. However, since casting speed increases with Dex from 35-45, the most effective Pyromancer build is a pure Dex one with 45 Dex. My suggestion is to start as Pyromancer (obviously) and depending on the weapon you want to use either never level Strength or get up to 16 Strength.
