If the engine cranks over and you have no spark I would remove the crankshaft position sensor and clean the end of it off as there may be some metal debris interfering with the crank signal to the computer.OK - the spark is controlled by the ECM. Feb 10, 2020 · 2016 Ranger 570 Crew EFI - No fuel or spark. I recently just fixed an issue where the EFI fuse was blowing every time you would turn the key. It ended up being a short in the key switch so I replaced the switch. Now I have power to everything and the motor will turn over, but it will not crank. I found that im not getting fuel and spark. Checked the Battery and it had a weak cell so I replaced it. Checked the COIL and the primary side was OK, but the secondary showed 0 ohms. I replaced it. Here is the information and what I have tried: - NO SPARK -. - Gauges and all other electrical items (lights, etc.) work. - The crank position sensor has been checked at swapped. As I was tightening the positive to the solenoid down by the battery, the lug twisted off.
