Why does my dasher app keep saying login error.

This is the problem I’m having but when I say already have an application and put in my info it’s telling me the email and phone number don’t match but they do. They’re the same ones I log into with regular door dash. I’m on the phone with them right now and they can’t even seem to be able to figure it out.When they ask why say it's for your dasher account, they may say it doesn't matter but it does.
