Go Figure might beat Chattering by a tiny margin with that High-Caliber rounds roll. I personally like Chattering bone over Go Figure. Go figure is less forgiving of missed shots, but it hits like a truck when you land those 4 shot bursts. Pretty great in mid-long range. Kill Clip/Kinetic Tremors would be the play for PvE. Total god roll would be crafted with a reload masterwork, Arrowhead, Flared Magwell, KC/KT in my mind. I am not a huge fan of Kill Clip and another damage perk in PvE only cause I am lazy. I personally went Rapid Hit/Enhanced Kinetic Tremors, since it activates in three bursts instead of four.

Chattering Bone is personally one of my favorite weapons ever. Statistically there might be better options, but it's always just felt good. So personally I'd use Chattering Bone over a lot of the "superior" pulses. It's got a pretty small perk pool, so that roll isn't bad at all. Probably go Fluted.

Pretty pleased with this roll personally as I don't think Outlaw is needed as the reload is quick anyway. Rangefinder seems a good perk as the base…
