23-8 in quest. Shouldve been doing the worst grind in the game smh (link leveling on 23-8) Any stage from area 16 onwards has the chance of dropping pilaf, and any stage from, IIRC 19, onwards also has launch. But i dont recall which stage is best. EDIT: According to the guide 23-4 might be a good option, im definitely gonna use that now.
From Area 16 of story you can run into a Pilaf Enemy on the map (later theres a Launch enemy too), running into, and beating these will give you gems, 10 for Pilaf, 15 for Launch. There are also glowing paths on the board, which give like 1 gem each, much slower, and bosses sometimes give them as well. I like 24-4 very short level launch and pilaf on the same route and if neither is there you can get 3 gems from a path and the boss can drop 6. Tenacious scientist I have 17k gems currently, is the beta stage as this guy said
