Nissan xterra vdc off slip reset.

I have an 06 Xterra OR, manual tranny. Lately the VDC and Slip light have been turning on intermittently. Last trip to the dealer, they could not find a problem, said the brake fluid was a little low and the batter was low as well. Well it happened today on the way to work again. Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue. ThanksDealer said it was throwing a steering angle sensor code so they replaced the battery and the sensor. They didn't have a clue how to reset the VDC Slip warning so I have been trying to do it myself.
