As for warp range, I can only speak on my behalf. I have one of each type of engine installed in a maxed out s-class dreadnought and have a range of just over 3,000 LY.

In Survival, basic slots hold 250 / 5 , and cargo hold 500 / 10. ( the split being materials and stackable items ) in Normal, basic slots hold up to 10k, but still only 5 items.
