Last night I turned off the car left the hood closed and started it after 20 minutes of being shut it went into limp mode.The only thing that may need a reset (and is not required on FCA vehicles) is the IBS. However simply unplugging the IBS from the battery DOES reset it and it will relearn itself over the course of a few days. Ford should probably use a different IBS if it requires a complicated reset procedure. If it does this then you can see marks on the insulation and it pulls oil from the breather into the intake system.
