No Persona, other than the later game ones, are worth keeping really. You need to be fusing constantly, once a Persona learns all of its skills (and even before then really) it's time to move on and fuse it off. I stuck it out with my Izanagi and got him to level 99 with all stats at 99. Took awhile but was worth it IMO.

ValHellen 14 years ago #2. 1st tip: you can fuse Izanagi by fusing two Fool Personae for a rank-down fusion, namely, Obariyon and Yomotsu-Shikome. Get all the skills you need to transfer to Izanagi to those two first before fusing, obviously. 2nd tip: Magician Arcana Chance will help you get skills you couldn't learn from Obariyon-Shikome fusing. That said, it's still a bit low for Izanami. Fastest way to grind would probably be to backtrack to Heaven and chase down some golden hands. Also if you go to the exit of the TV world you'll get access to Daidara and Shiroku. This is only available on the final day since you can't actually leave the TV. 4.
