Put the ninja on some key points where Bloons cross a few times, use paths where bloos get blown back so they have to pass the ninjas again. Middle path Heli, top path druid, middle path ninja. Although, I do believe only using the ninja is the fastest way.

Bosses are a huge boost but too much effort so if you are into it normal boss gives like 25-30 something in total.
