I checked the fuse and found it was burnt, when I tried to remove it it just fell apart but part of it was stuck in the fuse box. Find "E", then count down to 6 and it should be a gray wire. THAT WIRE needs to be HOT when the FP is supposed to be running. If it's not, check the 15A fuse and/or the relay. If it is, then check the gray wire at the FP, or as close as you can. If it's hot, then unplug the FP and see if it has continuity to ground.
