Cadillac cue not working.

CUE system - radio controls not working. I noticed with in the last several weeks that the three bottom middle radio control buttons to change the station are not working. There is a CUE issue, at least on XTS, that kills the weather app for some reason. Have your dealer set up a technical case with XM/Sirrius, and they will get it corrected. They were able to fix the XTS within a day. May 1, 2018 · Anyone know the fuse number and block location to pull the fuse to reset the CUE? Ever since I've had the CD installed, every now and then the CUE goes black (damn CUE), and I want to reset it and pull the CD player. OK - nobody seems to know which fuse, so I performed the reset by disconnecting and reconnecting the negative battery cable.

Re: cadillac cue touch screen not working I also experienced the same issue on my 2013 SRX. I have 60K on the vehicle and called Cadillac to see if there was a recall since so many people are reporting the same issue. There was no recall or service bulletin for this problem but obviously its an issue since so many people are having it.
