I always recommend Anarchy because it gives a huge damage increase for only one point. If you don't like the accuracy loss there's always Discord to burn off excessive stacks. The bullet pattern only spreads to a certain amount (stays like a twister) so with higher anarchy stacks it’s much easier to hit enemies. Reloads after every shot, always Electric element wich compliments her evil wich build. Considering that Gaige came with the hammerlock dlc this weapon was probably designed for her.

As far as I can make out it is basically a lot of visual pollution that does't do a whole lot. Shock and Aargh looks cool but all it seems to do is set off any unexploded barrels near to you.
