Do note that breaking oaths is permanent in act three. Can't become an oath breaker, can't respec due to a unfixed bug. You can’t recruit minthara til act 2. Minthara's oath seems tougher to break than a normal oath. The way I did was to have withers respec her to any other paladin oath.
